Starting with the phone in your pocket, we give you access to primary care physicians, prescriptions, and labs. With our Silver and Gold Memberships, we also layer in a shared cost system, with 37,891 people in case you get seriously injured, need hospitalization, or require a more intensive level of care. Part of your monthly membership fee contributes to a pool of funds shared by the entire group.

What’s Included?
As a member, you’ll have access to virtual primary care for non-emergency medical conditions. Connect to a Colorado-based medical provider live via the Jettison app on your phone within a matter of minutes. No need to leave the comfort and safety of your home. Ongoing prescriptions, labs, and imaging costs are low. We offer these at Jettison’s cost plus a small fee. For more serious issues, in our Silver and Gold Memberships we’ve layered in Health Share, where a pool of 37,891 individuals just like you share the cost of medical services and treatments.
What’s Virtual Primary Care?
Your experience with Jettison starts with the phone in your pocket. Need to see a medical provider for a non-emergency visit? No problem. Launch the Jettison app and request a virtual visit. We have a Colorado-based provider available and ready to meet with you within minutes. No need to schedule an appointment, drive to a clinic, or wait in a waiting room. Medications, imaging, labs, and specialist referrals are all available.
What’s Health Share?
A HealthShare is a non-profit membership program that allows members to share in medical expenses. Any medical expenses that meet our Member Guidelines are shareable on a per incident or illness basis and are subject to submission deadlines. You’ll be responsible for what we call the “Initial Unshareable Amount” or IUA.
We partnered with Zion Health, a nonprofit alternative to traditional health insurance to provide an affordable healthcare option. You’ll be joining 37,891 people in the health share pool.
What’s an IUA?
Every member has an Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA) chosen when you enroll. You may choose from an IUA of $1,000 or $5,000. This amount is how much you as a member are responsible for paying when you incur medical expenses.
In an emergency situation, the IUA is applied to your medical need request. In the long run, this will save you money by connecting you to the care you need.
Once your paid medical expenses rise above the threshold of your IUA, your medical costs become eligible for sharing within the community.
All medical expenses related to the same condition will count toward your IUA. Once your IUA is met, you will not have to pay any further eligible expenses related to that medical need, no matter how long the medical need request is open.
After three IUA filings in one year, the fourth is considered sharable. There is no maximum amount on what can be shared per medical need request.
